Suitable for use as a trafficable top coat over Emer-Proof Quick Dry Two Part and the Emer-Proof EcoSeal membranes for roofs and deck areas. Emer-Proof Top Coat exhibits outstanding adhesion properties and excellent UV weather resistance. Technical Support Parchem offers a comprehensive range of high performance, high quality waterproofing and construction products. In addition, Parchem offers a technical support package to specifiers, contractors and end-users, as well as on-site technical assistance April 2014 Page 1 hours exposure (Xenon Arc method) Shore A hardness: 92 Coverage Optimum performance achieved in 2 coat application at a minimum total coverage of 1.5litres/m² for horizontal surfaces. On vertical upturns and returns, a minimum total coverage of 1.0 litre/m² is recommended by way of a 12mm nap roller or brush. Approximate total coverage: 1.5L/m² (for horizontal applications) Approximate total coverage: 1L/m² (for vertical applications) Wet Film Thickness = 1.5mm Dry Film Thickness = 1.35mm Note: When using Emer-Proof Top Coat over a base membrane layer such as Emer-Proof Quick Dry Two Part or Emer-Proof Eco-Seal, the minimum dry film thickness is 1mm. Specification Clause Where required, a water based acrylic hybrid liquid membrane is to be applied as a top coat, over Emer-Proof Quick Dry or Emer-Proof Eco-Seal, to offer a trafficable, weather resistant, slip resistant and waterproof area. The membrane must be very low VOC, Australian made and non-hazardous. The Emer-Proof Top Coat from Parchem Construction Supplies meet the performance criteria and are approved products. April 2014
