Advantages „ Made from PVC – will not rot or corrode away „ Light weight – easy to handle „ Reusable „ Nailed to timber formwork with regular clouts „ Easy removal from concrete Description PVC Keyjoint Formers are available in 2 sizes; the 80 mm size provide a 50 mm key in the concrete and is suitable for concrete pavements up to 150 mm thick; the 112 mm size provide a 72 mm key in the concrete and is suitable for concrete pavements above 150 mm thick. Installation Instructions PVC Keyjoint Former should be positioned in the middle of the slab thickness and is simply nailed through the edge strip of the former to the timer formwork with short clouts. After pouring the concrete and allowing sufficient curing, the edge formwork is removed including the PVC Keyjoint Former. Estimating Supply Both sizes of PVC Keyjoint Formers are supplied in 3 m lengths 30 mm 28 mm 72 mm 15 mm 50 mm 20 mm September 2007
