Application Emer-Patch (smooth) is applied by steel trowel or putty knife to a maximum thickness of 4 mm per coat and then after suitable curing, additional coat/s may be applied. For exterior application or where large pockets or broad areas are to be filled, the addition of cement slurry is required as follows: Mix 2 parts cement with 1 part water by volume. To make the slurry: mix 1 part slurry with 4 parts Emer-Patch (smooth) by volume. Note: not suitable for surfaces subject to hydrostatic pressure or constant wetting. Cleaning Tools and equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after use. Note: as with all specialty coatings we recommend that the application be carried out by an applicator who is skilled in the procedures and techniques necessary to achieve the desired finish.
