It is an excellent protective membrane for all construction sites where the technical component is important in terms of drainage quality and mechanical resistance. Advantages „ Lightweight and easy to carry „ High drainage and filtering capacity „ Excellent separating layer „ Not damaged by chemical agents present in the soil „ Will not affect drinking water Description Emer-Proof Drain V is made up of a layer of geo-textile fabric in polypropylene with continuous-filament yarn and a special dimpled membrane in high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Thanks to the special orthogonal drainage channels, it guarantees excellent drainage and creates an air chamber always free that allows for higher volumes of water to be drained compared to traditional dimpled membranes. The action of the geotextile fabric, in fact, ensures a constant filtering of soil particles and prevents the obstruction of drainage channels. Vertical Works In case of large amounts of rain and ground water, it is advisable to increase the draining capacity in order to avoid water stagnation and the presence of areas subject to hydrostatic pressure close to the wall. In order to make this possible, an air space with constant size and guaranteed in time, must be ensured. This air space eliminates the hydrostatic pressure through the constant flow of water inside it, mainly in an downward direction, where a drainage and discharge system must be ensured. Emer-Proof Drain V is suitable for this use. Properties Data quoted is typical for this product, but does not constitute a specification.
