Features „ Low Odour 100% Solids „ Solvent free Excellent Adhesion Typical Uses „ Concrete „ Glass Reinforced Plastics „ Polyurethane Elastomeric Surfaces Colours Part A: Black Part-B: White Supply 37.8 litre kit : One 18.9 litre pails of Part-A Black Liquid and one 18.9 litre pail of Part-B White Liquid. 900250 Nitocote PUR Primer Part A 18.9L 900260 Nitocote PUR Primer Part B 18.9L Mixing The volume mixing ratio is 1 part Part-A Black Liquid to 1 part Part-B White Liquid. Nitocote PUR Primer Part-A and Part-B should be thoroughly mixed individually prior to combining to ensure a homogeneous material. Nitocote PUR Primer must always be mixed with one part Part-A and one part Part-B (Part-A: Part-B = 1:1). The combined components should be thoroughly mixed using a mechanical mixer at slow speed or for at least 3 minutes. Application Nitocote PUR Primer can be applied using an airless sprayer, brush, phenolic resin core roller or trowel to a minimum film thickness of 150-200 microns. Coverage rate will vary depending on the porosity of the substrate. Allow Nitocote PUR Primer to become tack free, before applying the coating. Recommended surface temperature should be greater than 10°C and at least 3°C above the dewpoint. Nitocote PUR Primer is very sensitive to heat. Higher temperatures will significantly accelerate the cure time and pot life. Use caution in batch sizes and thickness of application. Low temperature will extend the cure time. Equipment Cleanup Equipment should be cleaned with Parchem Solvent, immediately after use. Storage Nitocote PUR Primer has a shelf life of one (1) year from date of manufacture in original, factory sealed containers Limitations „ Not UV stable. „ Surfaces must be dry, clean and free of foreign matter. „ Containers that have been opened must be used as soon as possible. „ Nitocote PUR Primer is difficult to clean up after it has cured. „ Do not dilute Nitocote PUR Primer „ Mix no more material than can be used within 20 minutes. Warning This product contains Epoxy Resin and Curatives.
